Customer satisfaction is Snuggables top priority. We are confident that you'll love our products! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service up to 5 years after your purchase date, return the product to our contact address with a copy of your receipt, and we will happily issue you a full refund for the product, less tax and shipping. PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE! If you find this exact product for less online within 30 days of your purchase, Snuggables will match it (including shipping costs). Simply email a Screen Shot of the webpage you found it on to snuggables_customer_support@live.com, and notate your ORDER NUMBER and Snuggables will refund the difference to your paypal account. IMPORTANT: Due to ever-changing rates in currency and shipping, product prices and shipping charges are subject to change without prior notification. Order Processing and Delivery Method Snuggables.net offers FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more in USA only. For Canada and countries overseas, shipping charges do apply. In addition, any import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. We suggest you check your local customs first. A 2-day shipping option is available on items "in stock". On multiple item orders, only products in stock can be shipped 2-day. If an item is not in stock, delivery may take up to 14 days. Notice will be given to the customer in case of any variations to the shipment of a 2-day shipping order. Products ordered on Saturday or Sunday with 2-day shipping will ship Monday for Tuesday delivery. If a product goes out of stock before a customer checks out, the customer will be notified and the additional $6 Fedex 2-day shipping charge will be refunded to their paypal account used at checkout. Standard shipping will be used. USPS Priority Mail will be used if it does not exceed the $10 standard delivery charge. DELIVERY METHODS: 2 options for package delivery are available to Snuggables customers. 1) Required Signature - a person must be available to sign for the package when it is delivered. An extra cost of $2.75 is required for this option because it is the most secure delivery method, though it may delay delivery if no one is available to sign for the package at the time it is delivered. If no person is home to sign for delivery, a note from the shipping company will be left to either give the recipient the options to have the package redelivered without signature, to give a date when the delivery attempt will be made again, or to notify the recipient where the package may be picked up from the closest shipping company office and at what hours it may be picked up. 2) No Signature required - this is the most expedient method of package delivery and is the only way that a 2-day shipping option can be guaranteed on-time. If no one is home to sign for the package, however, it will be left unattended at the door. There is a risk of theft for those who choose this option, who live in high traffic areas or near major thoroughfares, and is not recommended in those cases. In the case of theft, we regret that Snuggables will not be able to replace the package without another charge if this option has been selected by the purchaser. An email notice is sent within 24-hours of shipment to notify the purchaser that the product has been shipped and on what day it is expected or guaranteed to be delivered. An exact time of delivery is not able to be determined. However when an order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping notification email which will include order tracking details for customer convenience. Please allow up to 14 business days for receipt of Warm Buddy or out of stock products. Should your shipment take longer than 14 business days to be recieved, Snuggables will send you a coupon for use on your next order (with no expiration). Once an order is placed, customers will receive an email order confirmation from snuggables_customer_support@live.com. (Please mark this email address as "safe sender" in your email account). Secure Payment Data For your security, no credit card information is ever sent in packages or printed on receipts. Credit card payments are processed by a separate secure BBB data security compliant host company, currently Paypal only. At no time is credit card data accessible or stored on our database. Refunds are processed securely through the same processing company. Snuggables does not have access to full credit card numbers, debit card PINs or credit card security codes. When payments are processed our server only receives a confirmation of the payment that has been settled showing only the last four digits of the card processed. Further,
when you enter personal information online, that information is encrypted using
a security protocol called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which encrypts all
information prior to transmitting it over the Internet.
Backorder Policy Customers will be notified in advance if the receipt of their order is likely to be delayed beyond 14 working days from the time of order placement. Snuggables or its suppliers cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond their control which may cause delay to the receipt of an order. Damaged Goods Policy If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a refund or credit. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical item at no cost to you. |
